Downloaded the program, can't install it, Windows message comes up "This program contains invalid data".
Disabled all protection programs, still no go.
Running Windows XP with all 3 service packs.

Any suggestions?

Is it possible that you have a rather "old" download. I do remember dat for a short time a "defective" download was installed on the site- Therefore redo the download AND select as download target location C:\Aldfaer
