I have recently re-installed Aldfaer on my new laptop with windows 7, after installation I imported a veiligheidscopy that I made the day before from my old computer that used Vista, the program does not seem to work properly when I need to add a new person or combine one with one that already is in my database there is no scrollbar in the window,also if one has more than one spouse I can not click on the second ,I have to open up the search window and click and scroll to find her, when I go to "opslaan" I get " er is een fout opgetreden tijdens het bewaren" , the pictures are there but you can't see them they are all the way right and have to open te screen all the way....where did I go wrong.? Please advice...

Yvonna,

Due to security and accessibility issues of Windows Vista and Windows 7 you should NOT install Aldfaer in a folder under C:\Program Files, but use a folder under root, for example c:\Aldfaer Program, instead.

Ronald B......Thank you, this was a great help, I thought as much that I had to do the same as with Vista but did not set it up that way, it works now !
